Students and staff at Place Bridge celebrated a Day Without Hate on April 30th after a week of activities designed to show respect, kindness and unity. A Day Without Hate was started many years ago by Colorado students to stand up against school violence and bullying, and to promote peace and community. This is the third year in a row that Place Bridge has celebrated this event and this year it was bigger than ever. A huge shout to Aleks Matysek, our school psychologist, Jessi Aragon, our school social worker, and several other staff members who worked together over the last month to make this celebration happen.
