Free Health Screening Fair on April 9, 2021

Place Bridge Academy is hosting a FREE HEALTH SCREENING FAIR on FRIDAY, April 9, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in partnership with DPS Family And Community Engagement (FACE), CREA Results, Denver Health, Martinez Mobile Dental, and Connect Health Colorado. The event will take place outdoors in the Place Bridge Academy and Denver Health Clinic parking lot. Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) COVID precautions will be in place, including social distancing, hand sanitizer, and regular antibacterial cleaning of all screening and testing equipment. Masks must be worn at all times to participate in the screenings.

You are invited to participate and this event is open to the public. Please feel free to invite your friends and family. The free health screenings and services being offered that day include:

  • COVID-19 Testing
  • Dental Exam including X-RAYS and Cleaning (by appointment only)
  • Vision Screening
  • Glucose test to determine A1c for diabetes or pre-diabetes (no fasting),
  • Blood iron to test for anemia (no fasting)
  • Body Mass Index calculation
  • Blood Pressure monitoring
