2016-17 Registration Dates:

All students: August 2-4 from 12:00 pm-7:00 pm and August 8-9 from 12:00 pm-7:00 pm

Documents needed for new student registration: Birth Certificate, Immunization record, Current Utility Bill or Lease Agreement. If you are applying for a 4 year old ECE program, proof of income for 30 consecutive days is also required.

Proof of address such as Current Utility Bill or Lease Agreement must be provided for existing/returning students who have changed their address.

DPS School Choice Enrollment guide

All families interested in their child attending our 4 year old ECE program must complete School Choice form. Current 8th graders will work with the school counselor to complete choice forms for their preferred high school.

First Round School Choice Forms – exact January 2017 dates to be determined. Check DPS website for updates.

Second Round School Choice – begins mid-March, 2017 – forms in multiple languages can be found here or completed on site at PBA or any other DPS school.
